Three-Phase Working Principle: The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a differential speed between them. Materials enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under centrifugal force, high specific weight liquid accumulates on the bowl's inner walls and is discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. Low specific weight liquids form an inner liquid ring and are discharged from the overflow channel. Solids are continuously pushed to the bowl's taper end by the spiral material pusher and discharged from the residue outlet after drying.
